We all need to connect to higher guidance, to the spirit of nature, to our own higher selves and to our community. Practicing Qi Gong is an excellent way to achieve this while balancing the flow of Qi within our bodies and preparing ourselves for the challenges ahead.
In response to the current regime of social distancing and closing down of the former economy, I have decided to start holding Qi Gong classes online. There is only one a week now. Wednesday mornings at 10am Pacific Time.
Classes open at 9:45 for people to check in, resolve any technical connectivity issues and have time to connect with community. We’ll keep the meeting open afterwards to answer any questions or concerns that might arise.
My approach to Qi Gong
I come from a Medical Qi Gong background and my classes are designed to be an energetic healing session that you get to do on yourself. Using the Traditional Chinese Medicine frame work, we will work with the acupuncture channels, the internal organs and your centers of physical, emotional and spiritual consciousness…the three Dantiens. I use the traditional healer’s format of cleansing, tonifying and circulating the energy to bring you optimum health on all three of these levels. I also try to make it fun and engaging 🙂
Classes will be held on the Zoom Meeting app. In order to join, send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know that you would like to attend, and when payment is received, you will be sent a link to the class with more details. Feel free to ask me any questions. I love to connect with my students.
Pricing (Canadian $)
$15 for a single class, $67.50 for a package of 5 classes and $120 for a package of 10 classes.
Methods of Payment
Etransfer to email@example.com or a direct transfer if you bank at Vancity work the best. If you would prefer to use a credit card, you will be sent an invoice through Paypal. This is a great option for people not living in Canada. You could also send a check in the mail. If you have another preference, please let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
